The Dumper

The Dumper is invoked when LINK.EXE is run with the /dump switch, which is typically arranged in practice by running the DUMPBIN.EXE program. The general purpose of DUMPBIN is to produce textual descriptions, called dumps, of files whose binary content is relevant to linking.
