At least one argument is required. All arguments are simple keywords, the permitted values being both, coff and cv. Anything else is a fatal error (LNK1117). Though both and coff are syntactically valid, they are obsolete and their use causes a warning (LNK4224), after which coff is ignored and both is treated as cv.
