LIB /VERBOSE

This option directs LIB to report some of its operations.

Syntax

/verbose[:lib]

The /verbose option accepts any number of arguments, including none. The one permitted value for all arguments is the simple keyword lib. Anything else is a fatal error (LNK1117).

Documentation Status

The lib keyword is apparently not documented (for LIB) in the January 2004 edition of the MSDN Library on CD. Neither is it mentioned in the help text produced by the lib /? command.
