Many of the new functions for WININET version 5.0 are just ANSI and Unicode forms of older functions that are previous just ANSI without a suffix. Many of the rest are not yet documented. Two that are documented now were not always.
Incidentally, it is with version 5.0 that WININET starts exporting some functions only by ordinal.
