This page lists the functions and variables that are newly exported from the Windows kernel in the 1909 release for Windows 10. Until this release, each of the roughly bi-annual updates of Windows 10 had added more kernel exports than had long been typical of less frequent service packs. Some of these updates were substantial enough, at least in terms of expanding the kernel’s interface of exported functions, that they would in years past have come with an increase in the minor version number. Version 1909, in contrast, is so slight that it doesn’t even advance the build number, i.e., 18362.
