This page lists the functions that are first exported by the Windows kernel in the version 6.1 from Windows 7 SP1. There is just the one:
Though it is not documented, it is declared in WDM.H from the Windows Driver Kit (WDK) for Windows 7 if building for Windows 7 and higher. This is slightly anomalous on two counts. First, to be clear, the declaration is for all Windows 7 and higher, not just starting with Service Pack 1. Second, and more remarkable, it is declared even in the kit as published for the original Windows 7, which does not export the function.
