Kernel Version 6.3 Ordinal-Only Exports

Windows 8.1 continued the relatively new practice of exporting some functions only by ordinal, not by name. Such functions tend not to be documented. Microsoft has, however, published a C-language declaration, just the once, plausibly by mistake, in the 1511 edition of the Enterprise WDK for Windows 10.
